John was born in Poland and grew up in upstate NY, before moving to North Carolina in his early years. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus in accounting from Appalachian State University. He joined the firm in 2013 after his internship and focuses on tax, individual returns with a focus on foreign individuals, entity returns, and auditing retirement plans.

Concerning Breslow Starling, he says, “The firm is a great place to work, everyone is treated like professionals, and the collaboration within these walls, really helps unlock all of the knowledge within the firm.”

John loves the outdoors, hiking, backpacking, traveling, golf, and spending time with his family. His favorite movie is “Goodfellas” and any other crime drama. His favorite drink is black coffee.
