Charles was born in New York, NY and spent his adolescent years in Columbia, South Carolina and rural Kentucky. At the age of eighteen he relocated to North Carolina and has spent the better part of his life in the state.

He holds a Bachelor’s of Arts degree in Philosophy from the University of North Carolina at Asheville and a Master’s of Science in Accounting from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. Charles joined the team at Breslow Starling in 2016 and focuses primarily on tax advocacy and the preparation of individual and entity tax returns.

He loves animals, reading science fiction/fantasy, and cooking.
